3 Simple Tips to Keep Your Skin Hydrated and Protected

We’re in the midst of summer: that means hitting the beaches and spending time in the sun. That also means your skin can take a real nasty hit and dry up like a raisin. That is, unless you adequately protect yourself. Here are some fool-proof ways to keep your skin hydrated during the summer:


1. Use an appropriate moisturizer:

While you should moisturize year-round, you need to make sure that your summer moisturizer has a bit of sun protection included in it. For daily use, try a a moisturizer with SPF 20.
