|As a sportsman from New Zealand, Dion Nash spent long periods outside exposed to sun, wind, and sweat. Because of this, he grew acutely aware of the effect the sun and our environment has on skin and consequently on the way we feel. He recently launched Triumph & Disaster, a skincare line inspired by nature and science, and shared his grooming “must-do’s” with us.
“If you only do two things in your grooming routine, exfoliate and moisturize.”
Exfoliate: because this is a game changer, clean out all the oily buildup and get rid of the layers of dead skin. It just makes you feel so good, literally you are resetting the face.
Moisturize: use a natural, nutrient rich, quality moisturiser, one with some, in built anti-aging properties (see Ponga fern extract). Shaving, exposure to the sun or sitting in air conditioned offices all dry out skin, good moisturisers lock in the natural moisture and help your face fight back against these elements and old man time.
